Dear TomTom Customer,

This is Susan again.

Your reference for your query is 120314-005797.

We have assigned the Australia map to your account.

Follow the below steps for map download.

- Connect device to HOME.
- Login to your account in HOME.
- Click on 'Manage my XXL'.
- Click 'Items on device'.
- Click ‘Maps’ and select the ‘ Australia Map’ if available.
- Click on ‘Remove items from device’.
- Click 'Items on computer'.
- Click ‘Maps’ and select the ‘ Australia Map’ if available.
- Click on 'Remove items from computer'.
- Click on ‘Update my XXL’ and try to download and install the map again.
- Make sure that you also download and install all the application updates offered to you.

This should resolve the issue.
