To resolve this issue, I would suggest you to completely remove TomTom
Home from your computer and reinstall TomTom Home once again.
- the device will not start;
- the device crashes the HOME software and;
- the problem appeared after a change or changes to the device;
it's unlikely that the source of the problem lies anywhere but the device.
Despite the evident futility of fiddling with the software on my PC, I followed your instructions. The results (or lack of results) were predictable. The exercise proved to be a waste of time and bandwidth.
... provide us the device System Information for further investigation.Done.
